On The Game Assembly we spent almost half of our time working in group with other disciplines at a total of 8 projects. One project lasted 8 to 10 weeks half time.
During second year we only worked with the same people for the whole year, doing four different projects together.
We worked after scrum and agile development. This involved:

  • Having stand-up meetings every morning
  • A scrum-board with post-it notes with tasks
  • A backlog to follow
  • Having the sprints, pre-prod, alpha, beta, gold
  • Sprint goals and sprint items
